Felix founded Doctor Pathways Australia and runs Keck Group — a healthcare management services organization (MSO) placing International Medical Graduates in Australian GP practices. Keck Group is the commercial side of this work; Doctor Pathways is the independent, public-facing educational layer.
He has spent his career in highly regulated sectors — most recently as an executive at Ausgrid, the Sydney electricity network operator, and before that in high-performance scientific computing. He completed his PhD in Physics (energy systems) at the University of Sydney, where he holds a continuing appointment as Senior Honorary Lecturer.
Felix migrated himself to Australia, which means navigating AHPRA, AMC, and 19AB regulation is not abstract for him — he knows the pattern-recognition problem of working out an opaque regulated system from the outside. That is the gap Doctor Pathways tries to close.
